All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@zeenaz.shop. We will investigate with the carrier.
Zeenaz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
Incorrect Address
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, please contact us immediately. Once your order has shipped, we cannot change the address. Any re-shipping costs due to address errors will be the customer’s responsibility.
