Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit may take an additional 3–5 days to appear.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
