To qualify:

  • Items must be returned in resalable condition.

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@zeenaz.shop with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide a return shipping address and detailed instructions.

  3. Ship the product back to us using a trackable service.

  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund or replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit may take an additional 3–5 days to appear.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
