1. How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days in the U.S. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on customs.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary by destination.
3. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please email support@zeenaz.shop immediately. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot change the address.
4. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.
6. Are your tea sets dishwasher or microwave safe?
Most glass and ceramic items are dishwasher safe, but we recommend handwashing to preserve quality. Please refer to each product page for care details.
7. Do you offer gift packaging?
At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping, but you can include a message at checkout, and we’ll include it in your order.
